Refund Policy

We want our users to feel confident when purchasing a subscription for Dreamden Ai, knowing that if the service doesn’t meet their expectations, they can cancel their subscription and request a refund. To ensure customer satisfaction and build trust, we have established the following refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  1. You cancel your paid subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase.

  2. You have used fewer than 10 credits to generate images with our service.

  3. You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  4. You initiate your refund request by emailing info@dreamden.ai with the subject line “Request for Refund.”

Note: No refund will be provided for any used credits.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your paid subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Dreamden Ai and navigate to your Dashboard.

  2. Go to the My Plan page from the side navigation bar.

  3. Click on Manage Plan and select Cancel Subscription.

  4. Provide your reason(s) for cancellation and submit the request.

After the Seven-Day Period or Exceeding the Credit Usage Threshold

  • If you exceed the credit usage limit (10 credits) or the seven-day refund period, you may still cancel your subscription in accordance with the regular billing schedule of your chosen plan. However, you will not be eligible for a refund and can continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • If found eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after your refund request has been approved.
